Breathing Through Loss
Breathwork Workshop
We continuously experience small and large deaths: in the losses that leave their mark on us, in the separations that transform us, in the versions of ourselves that we leave behind.
For World Breathing Day, the Inner Resources Breathwork School invites you to a fully experiential workshop dedicated to loss and our understanding of it.
Part A | 18:00 – 20:30 | The Wisdom of Loss
Thanatologist Nancy Psimenatou and integrative therapist Dimitris Koutzamanis will guide us through deep experiential processes, helping us face loss with honesty and authenticity.
We do not simply “get over” loss—we metabolize it. We allow it to seep into us and reshape us through a cyclical, untamed dance of emotions, meaning, and connection beyond the material realm.
Part B | 20:30 – 21:30 | Breathwork Integration
What the mind forgets, the body remembers: the sensation of loss imprinted in our cells, the unspoken thoughts and words, the emptiness within and around us.
Through conscious connected breathing, we will allow the emotional and sensory weight of loss to move within us, with the intention of creating space for new meanings, new identities, and a renewed relationship with what is no longer present—yet still lives within us.
What to bring:
Mat, blankets, snacks
Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Breathwork Association of Greece.
